Change your name whenever you want: Echidna will use it to greet you and to name your workspace. Your email is your login identity and stays visible in your account.
Security
- Password: change it from your account; when you do, your other sessions are closed as a precaution.
- Two-step verification: turn it on with your code app; you will receive single-use backup codes for emergencies.
- Active sessions: review which devices your account is open on, close one or close them all.
Your data, under your control
- Download my data: generates a compressed file with your conversations and your memory, ready to open on your computer.
- Delete all conversations: deletes the history for real, without leaving orphan rows.
- Delete my account: immediate purge of your account, your workspace and your data. There is no going back, and we ask for confirmation to avoid accidents.
Plan and billing
In your account you see your current plan, the renewal date and your invoices; you can change plans or cancel whenever you want. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period (and, if you want to come back, there are 30 days of grace before the purge).
