Echidna is used the way a conversation is used. This page walks the full path: what you do, what the system does and what you can expect at each step.

Getting started

Create your account

With your email and a password, no card. If you enter your name, Echidna greets you with it and names your workspace after it.

Start free

The Free plan is permanent: 50 messages a day, 100 a week and 200 a month. If you sign up now, you also start with two weeks of the Standard plan, free.

Upgrade whenever you want

Standard (5 USD) or Advanced (50 USD), by card on Stripe's gateway: your card never passes through our servers. Companies and universities can ask for a custom plan.

Enter your space

With a paid plan it is prepared once (60 to 90 seconds); after that, signing in is immediate.

What is inside your account

Chat

The heart of the product: ask, attach files, correct as you go and keep the thread.

Files and documents

Upload PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint and ask for summaries, extractions or new versions.

Projects

Group conversations with sources, instructions and their own memory for work with continuity.

Scheduled tasks

Leave work booked: it runs on its own and notifies you when done, with the result in the thread.

Library

Everything Echidna creates (documents, sheets, canvases) stays saved, with a human name and a search box.

Notifications

A switch in your browser to learn about what matters without checking by hand.

No black boxes

While Echidna works, you see narration in plain language: "Read your PDF", "Searched the web", "Created a table". When the answer comes from the internet, it includes its sources. You will not see codes or acronyms: that is our business.

Your plan: change or cancel it whenever you want, from your account.
Your data: download a copy or delete conversations and account.
Your security: two-step verification and session control.
Your pace: work from the computer, tablet or phone browser.
