1. The service
Echidna is an artificial intelligence assistant service operated byNorthStar AI Agency ("NorthStar"). It offers conversation, work with documents, web search, projects, scheduled tasks and the creation of digital artifacts, inside an isolated personal workspace.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email and keep your password safe.
- The account is personal; you cannot resell access without a custom agreement.
- You are responsible for the activity carried out with your credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
Echidna may not be used for:
- Illegal activities or activities that harm third parties.
- Attacking, overloading, scanning or attempting to breach the service.
- Extracting other users' data or bypassing the isolation between workspaces.
- Generating and spreading content that exploits minors or promotes violence.
- Unauthorized resale or use as infrastructure unrelated to the service.
Non-compliance may lead to the suspension or cancellation of the account, with or without notice depending on the severity.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
- Plans are billed in advance, in US dollars, via Stripe.
- The charge is exactly the published price, with no surprise fees.
- You can cancel whenever you want from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow the refunds policy.
5. Your content
What you create (conversations, files, artifacts) is yours. You grant us only the technical authorization needed to operate the service: processing and storing it while you use your account, nothing more. We do not use it to train models and we do not sell it.
6. Our content
The EchidnAI brand, the interface and Echidna's software are protected by the corresponding intellectual property laws. Open source components follow their own licenses, credited in Attributions.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: there will be maintenance and improvements. We may modify features of the service; if a change matters to you, we will tell you clearly.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is offered "as is". AI answers can contain errors: verify important information before making decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthStar will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account whenever you want; deletion means the purge of your account and your data according to the privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
10. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Kansas, United States, without prejudice to the rights you may have through legal representation in Mexico. Questions: legal@echidnai.com.
