The launch promotion
Accounts created from October 19, 2026 start withtwo weeks of the Standard plan, free, workspace included. No card and no payment to get started.
One rule applies here: when the two weeks end, the account moves to theFree plan and nothing is charged. If you want to keep Standard, you subscribe whenever you want. And your work is not lost when the promotion ends: you keep entering your space, on the Free plan's models.
How much use each plan includes
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of messages, sized for normal use: up to 5,000 a month on Standard and up to 50,000 a month on Advanced, with their daily and weekly cut-offs (1,250 / 2,500 and 12,500 / 25,000). The Free plan has 50 messages a day, 100 a week and 200 a month. The allowance counts the messages you send: one question with its searches, files and steps behind the scenes still counts as one message. Your workspace always shows how many you have used and how many you have left.
How billing works
- Prices are exact for the user: 5 USD or 50 USD per month, with no surprise charges. The Mexican peso reference is informational.
- Payment is by card inside the Echidna app, with Stripe as the secure processor; the upgrade lives in your own workspace, on the “Upgrade plan” button.
- You receive your receipt by email; invoices are available from your account.
- You can cancel anytime from your account and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- On your first purchase you have 7 calendar days to request a refund. The detail is in Refunds and cancellation.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 50 messages a day, 100 a week and 200 a month, with the chat and your full conversation history (search, rename and delete). Attachments and work features (projects, library, tasks and skills) come with the paid plans. When you need more, you upgrade inside the app in a few taps, and payment happens right there.
