Paid accounts live in their own isolated workspace; the Free plan runs on a lightweight service with your history kept apart. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel from your account at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that you have 30 days of grace to come back with everything intact.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: on your first purchase, within the first 7 calendar days, for any reason. The full detail is on the Refunds and cancellation page.
Do you store my conversations?
We use them for nothing beyond serving your answer: no training, no telemetry and no data selling. On paid plans, content lives inside your isolated workspace; on the Free plan, your history is kept for you in a separate database, under the same rules. What intelligence is under the hood?
Without drowning you in acronyms: we work with several first-line providers and commit to a floor of intelligence of the current generation. Versions change every few weeks; the level does not. What matters is what it solves.
What is this cell isolation about?
It is the core of the architecture: your account shares no process, memory or port with anyone else's. Every user lives in their own container, and only the access server can talk to it. The full explanation is on the Architecture page.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes: the same account and the same experience from your phone, tablet or computer browser.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: the Free plan includes 50 messages a day, 100 a week and 200 a month, with the chat and your full history (search, rename and delete conversations). Work features (projects, library, tasks and skills) come with the paid plans, and you upgrade inside the app in a few taps.
What happens to the files I upload?
On paid plans, they are used to work and are automatically purged within 24 hours; if something is worth keeping, you can save it to your Library or a project. The Free plan does not handle attachments.
How long until my account is ready?
The first time, your workspace is prepared in 60 to 90 seconds, and it happens only once. After that, entering is immediate. If you leave it unused for a while, your space goes to sleep to save resources and comes back on its own when you enter: under a second if it just went to sleep, and a few seconds if it had been idle for a long time.
Where does my account run?
On our own servers in Dallas (United States), with a private network between sites and isolation per user. Web search leaves through a separate private network, without exposing your IP to search engines.
How do you protect my account?
Encrypted passwords, login attempt limits, optional two-step verification and full control of your active sessions: you can close any device you do not recognize.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your account at any time. The change applies to your next charge and nothing you have worked on is lost.
Can I take everything with me?
Always. From your account you download a file with your conversations and your memory, and you can delete the whole history or the account whenever you want.
What happens if I delete my account?
It is removed immediately, with everything it holds: your workspace, your data and your files. No hidden retention periods and no forgotten copies.
Do you serve companies and universities?
Yes. There are custom plans with formal invoicing, volume contracts and special configurations for classrooms and teams. Write to us from the contact page.
How do I know the service is up?
