1. Controller
NorthStar AI Agency (Wichita, Kansas, United States; with legal representation by a natural person in the United States and Mexico), hereinafter "NorthStar", is the controller of the processing of the personal data described in this notice, in its capacity as developer and distributor of Echidna.
2. Data we process
- Identification and contact: name and email address.
- Operation: contracted plan, subscription status and service spending records. Card data is processed directly by Stripe;NorthStar does not store it.
- Service: conversations and files you create inside your workspace, processed according to the purpose of providing the service to you.
- Security: minimal access logs and failed attempts.
3. Purposes
- Provide the artificial intelligence assistant service.
- Charge, invoice and provide support.
- Protect the security of the service and of users.
We do not use your conversations to train models, we do not do advertising profiling and we do not sell your data.
4. Transfers
To operate, your requests are sent to language model providers that state zero-retention policies, mostly located in China and the United States; payments are processed by Stripe and the website and DNS run on Cloudflare. These transfers are necessary for providing the service and do not constitute a sale of data.
5. Retention and rights
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Chat attachments are automatically purged within 24 hours and technical backups exist for a limited time. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection directly from your account (download your data, delete conversations, delete your account) or by writing to privacidad@echidnai.com.
6. Minors
The service is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
Any change to this notice will be published on this page with its date. The central promise (no training on your conversations, no selling of data, control for you) does not change.
